The American College of Sports Medicine currently recommends up to 90 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per day. Don't feel like you have to do that much- anywhere from 20 to a max of 90 minutes is good for overall health and weight loss.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

I enjoyed this article and am a great proponent of regular exercise. Just wondering about the source of the information in the first sentence: "Most experts recommend that you exercise up to 90 minutes most days of the week, emphasizing that you gradually work your way up to that duration." Can anyone provide a source that states this?
