I think it is from the unhealthy fats...this happens to me, too! I can feel it for actually a couple days when I eat something like greasy pizza or deep-fried foods. This is why I haven't eaten them all year!
Since starting to count calories a couple of weeks ago, I have cut down on really fatty, greasy foods. Today I had a personal pan, pepperoni pizza and got an upset stomach afterwords. Is this from the fat and grease or do you think it could be something different?
