I also agree about the likelihood that it's the greasy foods. I have the same reaction now that I've changed my diet.

if it keeps happening i would definitly see a doctor. it could be something like your gallbladder.
before i had to have mine removed, greasy food would upset it.

I think it is from the unhealthy fats...this happens to me, too! I can feel it for actually a couple days when I eat something like greasy pizza or deep-fried foods. This is why I haven't eaten them all year!

I think it would be the greese food. I know that after I started eatting really clean and gave up all the junk.. greese and such. That stuff now bothers my stomach so much....

The grease would definitely be my first guess. Great motivator to keep you away from the stuff, huh? =D

i would think its from the fat and greasyness. counting calories you also need to eat healthy not fatty foods, eating healthy keeps your stomach feeling good.

I would bet it's from the fat & grease. My hubby went on a healthy kick a few years back and threw up after eating pizza.

A lot of us find that after cutting down fats overall, and switching to healthier fats, when we do eat something more greasy we get an upset stomach.

It's one of the things that helped motivate me to eat better at restaurants - I may want that greasy whatever, but I don't feel good after I eat it, so it becomes less interesting.

Since starting to count calories a couple of weeks ago, I have cut down on really fatty, greasy foods. Today I had a personal pan, pepperoni pizza and got an upset stomach afterwords. Is this from the fat and grease or do you think it could be something different?
