This is something that you may want to ask your doctor about. The reason, any type of activity, even upper body, may slow your recovery, therefore your doctor would be the best source of advice for now.

I wish you a SPEEDY recovery!

1/2/12 10:50 P I was just getting into a good routine of working out and eating well when...I blew my knee out skiing the day after Christmas. I don't want to lose my momentum though. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for upper body workouts so that I can give my knee a chance to heal for the next several weeks. I've got weight lifting sorted out...what I'm really wondering about, though, is cardio. Anybody have any ideas? I'd appreciate it! :)
