Okay...so I was just getting into a good routine of working out and eating well when...I blew my knee out skiing the day after Christmas. I don't want to lose my momentum though. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for upper body workouts so that I can give my knee a chance to heal for the next several weeks. I've got weight lifting sorted out...what I'm really wondering about, though, is cardio. Anybody have any ideas? I'd appreciate it! :)
