Hi everyone: I am looking for any suggestions from anyone that has used a particular workout tape or dvd that is solely upper body strength training with weights. I don't want any workout that I have to get on the floor, do lunges or squats while working with the weights. I know of websites I can look up workouts, etc. but wanted to get actual input from anyone here that has used such a workout - I have bad arthiritis on my right side (hip & knee) which prohibits my doing lunges/squats & getting on the floor. I have a workout by Leslie Sansone but at some point during workout U have to get on the floor - because of hip issues, I can't do that.
