I am not sure if a forum like this will help me. I have always struggled with my weight for a long time then I found myself and became a gym rat ate much healthier (wouldn't say perfect dieter but the gym made up for it) and had energy. I was like this for a few years then ended going to a school for a few months and moving to a new location. I think this was my down fall. This has been almost two years now and it seems every day i have less energy to get up and work out and take the time to make a healthy meal to the point now where i just hit snooze make a valid excuse in my head roll over hate myself for it and fall back asleep. I just want to find that spark again. Was searching the internet for energy boosting tips and stumbled onto here...unsure if joining was the right choice but you never know until you try.
