Don't be so hard on yourself. Many of us have lived a lifetime of making unhealthy choices so we can't expect to change our habits overnight. Remember every minute of every day brings us the opportunity to make a healthy choice regardless of what we did. Give yourself some credit for making the baby steps necessary to move you closer to your goals. TRUST ME every step matters!

First I want to say congratulations on all of the great days you have had! One meal does not cancel out all of the good. It's not always easy to go out to dinner and stay on track. I try to plan what I am going to eat before going. My favorite place to eat out is Mexican and I know I can't resist the chips so I always count out a single serving of chips and put them on a napkin in front of me so I will not over eat. Are you tracking your food? Are you getting enough Carbs? Fats? Protein? Calories? If you don't keep those things in their proper ranges, your body very well could freak out and trick you into eating until it gets the nutrients it needs.
I overate at dinner tonight, big time. All junk!! I joined SP a week ago today, I've been doing really well. What got into me? I had my meal all planned out and I ate well all day long. I'm not starving myself. What causes us to do this???? Sooo frustrating!!!
