If you aren't feeling well, I would say, rest up, don't exercise (unless a relaxing walk sounds appealing to you) and eat foods that you enjoy. It's OK to be under your calorie range if that's what your body is telling you that you need. Do try to drink lots of liquids, though!

When you are unwell like you are, I wouldn't try to exercise. What I WOULD do is to ensure that you remain well hydrated, and as far as food is concerned, don't try to focus on weight-loss - allow your body to do it's job of getting you well, first.
When I am unwell my appetite is generally reduced, so I tend to eat whatever I fancy - it helps to stimulate it.

Soups!!!!! Maybe don't worry about exercise especially if you are saying you are under your calorie range anyway....
Also when I start feeling sick I start right away taking vitamin c twice a day and echinacea 3 times a day. If you've never heard of it, it is an herbal immunity booster that can be found anywhere like Walmart, pharmacy, etc. there is also the product Emercen-C which is a drink mix that contains lots of vitamin c and a few other supplements to help get better. Good luck!

This is the second day of this. Today a sore throat started and I'm coughing. I don't feel well. What's the best way to eat? Should I try to exercise?
