Learn how to be part of the 5% that doesn't gain the weight back. Right now I'm re-losing all the weight I lost years ago and was sure I wouldn't gain back... but I did. When I get there again, I don't want to yo-yo.

I find that my "ultimate" goal is actually a shifting thing. At one point in time I would have said "to be in shape enough to keep up with my grand kids and to have a BMI in the healthy range".
I started this process with a BMI in the obese range. And now I find myself actually squeaking into that coveted "healthy" range!
Soooo, now my "ultimate" goal is to be mid range of healthy BMI because I have an average body composition. And to stay true with my walking and Curves.
I want to be a good role model for my kids, especially when it comes to nutrition and active lifestyle. Of course I want to look amazing and feel great, too!

...to be within the healthy weight range for my height. Right now I'm at the upper end of "overweight" - just hate that!!!! But when I started, I was actually in the "obese" range, although I don't think I was Obese. Just sayin"....
