I keep dumbells laying around the house (by my desk, tv,etc.). Seeing them inspires me to use them. Its easy to do when you are just watching tv or whatever. The two exercises that have helped tone my arms the most are dumbell pullovers and hammer curls. Both exercises have demos here on SP. Good luck!

Thank you! I am 38 years old and I need to lose about 15-20 pounds more. Yeah, I was wondering if the Jillian Michael's dvds were enough weight lifting. I also workout at the gym and do lots of cardio along with the dvds. I do have p90x but I don't see much lifting there. What do you recommend?

Yeah, I agree with the other two posts...try weight lifting. I know that Jillian Michaels is really tough, so congrats on that. But, from the ones I have seen...she does a lot of cardio, but not much weight training.

on the weight loss, it depends on your age sometimes we lose that elasticity , but try the weight they might help you out a bit. good luck
nice work on the 16 lbs. gone. Weight lifting will help with the arms. I have this photo on my fridge with my skinny bird arms. You should see them now. With weight lifting my arms are so much better.........no flab.

Hi all -
I have lost 16lbs with nutrisystem and working out with Jillian Michael dvd's but my arms are still flabby. Any suggestions?
