Welcome back to Sparkpeople!

Here we are with a whole new year stretching out before us and that just means we have a great opportunity to make those lifestyle changes that lead to "Health & Fitness". Sparkpeople has a wealth of resources and millions of people to make that journey with you.

I've lost over 100 pounds and have found that the encouragement of others is ESSENTIAL. Daily interaction on a small team has been instrumental in my weight loss. I'm taking a new highway in 2014. I'm going to be doing four 10 week QUARTERS of "Beyond the Scale". The encouragement of a small team (about 25), coupled with weigh-in accountability, fitness and nutrition guidance and opportunities to participate in healthy living challenges will help me keep my focus and make the progress I desire to get to ONEDERLAND!

There are openings now if YOU would like to be a part of the next 10 week challenge which begins Jan. 6th and runs 10 weeks.

Hi, I am back for the second time with Sparkpeople, 54 and you would think I could figure this out. I just seem to continue to gain and lose and gain again. But this time I am really determined to get it off and keep it that way. Good luck to all who are having the same struggle.
