I have done at least a hundred different food plans, diet plans, crash and crazy diets in my food history starting at 12 when the boys said I was fat... I've seen pictures, I was not fat. I've been eating clean, exercising and no move on the scale. Everyone around me is doing Body by VI or AdvoCare and losing weight like crazy. I think it's unhealthy but boy is it tempting to just jumpstart things!
