Hi, I'm currently training to run. I have done three 5K's in the last one month but I have walked them.I also like walk away the pounds.
I have to lose some 24 pounds, and I'm not seeing any changes on the scale.

My Question is, that, do I need to change my work-outs?
I possibly could not do cha-lean and stuff as I have a bad knee.
Also, I'm not too sure if this is plateau or not, so how do I tweak my workouts?
