I was doing well on my weight loss. Then, as typical of me, I started slacking off and it's been coming back on. As of this morning, I regained 5 pounds. Determined to stop the back slide, I turned the bad news into hard work. I ran 1.5 miles today in 15:23, taking 41 seconds off my time from a week or two ago.
41 seconds!!! Wahoo!
