I am not sure but I would assume the asparagus is cooked, either steamed or boiled and wrap a slice of deli turkey around it.

I am new here and have decided to follow the Meal Plan on the site to get started. One of the suggested snacks is the above Turkey wrapped asparagus. Is the asparagus cooked for this? Steamed? for how long? Also, is this to be eaten hot or cold?
Any suggestions are welcomed.
