Mmmmmmmmm love turkey wings !!


6 fresh turkey wings
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.(low and slow is the way to go )
Mix seasonings together.

Brush a bit of olive oil on the wings and then season them with the salt/pepper mixture.

Spray a baking dish with Pam and and arrange the turkey wings.

Add a few tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours.

Uncover and baste with any juices at bottom of pan.

Brush a bit more of olive oil and bake an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees until crispy !

I have done this with Lawrys seasoned salt and also with Mrs Dash !!
