Good morning all!
I'm going to start TurboFire (prep schedule) today. I'm not very fit but I can bust butt when I'm determined enough so I'm looking forward to seeing how my calories my HRM registers from my first workout.
I have a question. I'll be out of town all next week without the ability to stick to the TurboFire schedule. Has anyone else missed a week (but continued other exercise) and then picked up on the scheduled week when you could?
