If you continue other exercise I see no reason why you cannot just pick back up where you left off the following week.

Good morning all!
I'm going to start TurboFire (prep schedule) today. I'm not very fit but I can bust butt when I'm determined enough so I'm looking forward to seeing how my calories my HRM registers from my first workout.
I have a question. I'll be out of town all next week without the ability to stick to the TurboFire schedule. Has anyone else missed a week (but continued other exercise) and then picked up on the scheduled week when you could?
