I am on Day 26 of the Turbofire program with some good results. I have not been perfect with the program so I cannot make a true assessment about results. I can say I feel stronger. I really like the HIIT workouts. I do look forward to working out but if you see above, I have missed some dates.
I did not do Asylum or Insanity. I do have P90X that my husband works out with. I like the music and moving around. It is a lot of kickboxing and punching to music.
