I love turbo jam. It was a great starting point for me. I have since added ChaLEAN Extreme to my turbo jam workouts.

They are repetition and repetition, if I used either of them I would still not be exercising 10 years later.. They are a good starting point but I would not base all my exercise time on them. The body is a smart organism and gets used to doing the same thing time efter time..
