I'm on week 18 of Turbo Fire and have seen great results. I haven't lost as much weight as I had hoped to but my nutrition isn't as good as it should be. For the first time in my life, I have obliques and what I call my "2 pack" on my upper abs.

The program can be really dificult especially when you are new but if you get it, don't give up!! I wanted to so many times because it was so difficult to remember what to do next or I get myself tripped up but it is worth it!

I'm starting Chalene Johnson's Chalene Extreme in June after coming back from vacation.

YES and I absolutely LOVE it!! When you first start the program, there are a few days where you get used to the lingo and moves. You also have the option of doing the workouts with or without music (without is better until you're used to listening to it AND listening to Chalene's prompts).

I'm currently doing that program with a hybrid with Chalene's other program focused mainly on strength training, ChaLEAN Extreme.

Let me know if you have any specific questions about Turbo! :)

I've done it in the past. I got together with some girlfriends and we did the videos four days a week. It was fun, but I'm not much of a home-video exerciser in general. I find too many distractions. I now go to Jazzercise, which is not that different of an exercise, but I actually go to class, interact with other adults, and they have childcare so I'm not distracted.

Does anyone do this?

I am me. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Aiming for a happier, healthier me, at whatever weight that might be.
