Yes. If you click on Account Preferences at the top left of your Start page, about 1/2 way down you'll see the link to change how your calorie range is calculated. Making that change won't delete your past tracking, but it will help if your calories burned differs from week-to-week.
During the past month I have been burning about 3000 calories a week doing Turbo Fire weeks 5-8. I start week 9 next week and according to my tracker I will be burning about 2400 calories the first week, 2550 the second week, and 2670 the third week. This next month includes a lot of HIIT workouts so the workouts are shorter. Do I need to lower my calorie allowance since I will be burning less????? Should I add an extra cardio in for the week??? Thanks!
