DETOX yep! same body type! my thighs are by far my largest body part as well. I've spent my entire life hating my thighs which is completely insane and ridiculous and I decided a little while back that I'm done with that. They may have a lot of fat, but they also have a lot of muscle and are responsible for hauling me around and that is pretty awesome. They may never have the sought-after "thigh gap" (much discussed on SP) but I have decided to re-brand them as POWERFUL!

My belly is flat given I'm an hourglass shape...
I feel very priveleged to be built this way, but then remember my thighs and realise how many of you would HATE to have thighs like mine!
They are my LARGEST body part!
But at least I have a waist and nice boobs with shoulders as wide as my hips...
I spent FAR too many years focussed on the worst bit (thighs), instead of realising I had more better bits than worse bits!
I guess I am the pooch, but it's way better than 4 years ago. I am going to try those dried strawberries. Those looked delish.

guess I'm a spare tire which is actually encouraging since it hopefully means that with continued clean eating and more springtime activity along with my strength training, I actually have a chance of getting rid of it.

I am none of them, I guess my tummy doesn't count. I have a completely flat belly. There is plenty of fat, but it is distributed in such a way that my body is perfectly flat in the front from under my bra band to my quads. This has nothing to do with low bodyfat by the way. It's just a body shape. I have loads of fat, unfortunately.

I don't have a demanding career. I'm a SAHM but I definitely workout a lot (at home) and have become quite ripped in the last 6 months. But despite that, my pooch still exists. It's funny, if you look at me front facing, my stomach look flat and defined but when I turn to the side... it goes "bloop"! My abs are getting definition, especially my obliques but I am slowly coming to terms with the fact I will always have my mommy battle scars.
I may not be able to rock a bikini like I did in my 20's but for a 30 year old mom after 2 c-sections I need to learn to be proud of the body I have and all the hard work I've put into it and am still putting into it. My upper body and legs look more fab than they did in my 20's and not to mention I am far, far more fit, so I guess it all evens out.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Yes I have the little pooch tummy and I hate it.....I will try what they say but sometimes I think the menopause is keeping it there!
I came across this on Pinterest (where else?). It lists different tummy types and for each one describes how to identify it, typical bad habits, and tips for a tummy makeover. I was actually surprised at how accurate it was for me, as far as how to identify and bad habits (I'm the stress tummy). I'm gonna give some of these tips a try! What do you guys think of this?
