Hi Nancy!! I am a snacker too emoticon I decided this week to cut out after dinner snacking entirely. So far it has been working out well, even if it has only been 2 days so far emoticon If cutting snacks out entirely is not a good option for you right now, then I would suggest changing what you are snacking on. Air popped popcorn is a favorite snack of mine. You can add all sorts of seasonings to it, and the calorie count is relatively low. Grapes are also a good choice. It is hard to give up the snacking habit, but when we find healthier options, you can enjoy the snacks without it affecting your waistline. Check out some of the motivational articles here on Sparkpeople. When I feel like I need a shot of motivation, these articles are really helpful. There are also Spark groups that you can join. There are groups for everyone, but make sure that you find a group that is active.... Hi,
My name is Nancy, Really having a tuff time starting to diet.. I love my snacky foods.. cheese and crackers and just a little something sweet after meals.. I have NO motivation what so ever.. I use to be able to diet so easily ,now ugh just can't ge into it... Any suggestions ?
