There always comes a time when you look at yourself and hate what you see in the mirror. I've been doing that for the last ten years as I ballooned up in my weight. I used to be very active in my life and then I just let it go when I got very depressed in my life.
Needless to say, that I find it harder to lose weight now since Iím getting up there in age to me it seems, but I want my active life back. I want to be able to spend time with my boyfriend, camping and hiking and doing the activities that I used to love but gave up for food and sitting on the couch.
