I suggest that you try out the food tracker. You can get to that by going to your start page and clicking the button in the top left that says nutrition tracker.

Also another good thing to do is to join a team. They really help with motivation and encouragement. Here is a link to start looking for one. Look for one with like interests or goals...

There always comes a time when you look at yourself and hate what you see in the mirror. I've been doing that for the last ten years as I ballooned up in my weight. I used to be very active in my life and then I just let it go when I got very depressed in my life.

Needless to say, that I find it harder to lose weight now since Iím getting up there in age to me it seems, but I want my active life back. I want to be able to spend time with my boyfriend, camping and hiking and doing the activities that I used to love but gave up for food and sitting on the couch.
