Sorry to hear about your accident, but I'm so glad that you are ok! It sounds like you are very motivated and determined, which is great! Just make sure you are listening to your body and are taking at least 1-2 rest days each week to allow your body time to recover from your workouts. Keep up the great work! emoticon

I have 3 children and have not weighed under 180lb since before my first... It's been really hard to get myself motivated to lose weight and get healthy.. 2 weeks ago I started working out and swimming laps almost every day, until last wednesday I was in a car accident.. the person hit me head on trying to turn in front of me while I was already in the middle of the intersection going a good 20 mph. Luckily I was able to walk away with bumps and bruises and he was arrested for drunk driving. I was really sore for a few days but decided I was going to get back to the gym friday, no if ands or buts about it! So I have been back to the gym and am working hard to get fit! I'm so happy that I've been able to keep myself motivated after being in a car accident and being stressed out about the whole thing!
