HI Summer - i just started too. Taking it one meal at a time right now, and tyring to track everything. So far this has been the best site I've seen or tried for weight loss. I am more motivated than when I did WW, and several other diet programs.
Have you started any exercise yet? I'm almost a week in, and I plan to start 10 - 15 minutes a day ( I use the Wi Fit). If you would like a buddy, just add me as a spark friend.
