I hope you continue on our path and reach your goals. Just remember slow and steady wins the race But really check our Coach Nicole's sitting at a desk exercises, they really made a difference when I was at a desk job. But I also tried to get others at work to walk with me and when they quit I'd go by myself or find others who would. I started in 2007 and have only lost 38 pounds. I have kept it off but I am now uping my exercise with added water aerobics. My name is Melissa and I live in AZ with my 17 month old son. I lost almost 30 lbs after I had my son and was so excited. However in the past year it has been creeping back. Thankfully I have only gained back 10 lbs. Having said all that I still need to lose 75lbs to be at my goal. I am a single mom and work full time at a desk job. I know anything I say about not exercising is an excuse, but I just cannot make myself even just go for a walk. I have noticed though since I joined spark and started tracking my food with myfitnesspal on my phone I have been more active. The past two nights I have been chasing my son around the back yard. I think im on the right track to make this time a success. I hope to continue to use this site and my tracker as tools to my success.
