But really check our Coach Nicole's sitting at a desk exercises, they really made a difference when I was at a desk job.
But I also tried to get others at work to walk with me and when they quit I'd go by myself or find others who would.
I started in 2007 and have only lost 38 pounds. I have kept it off but I am now uping my exercise with added water aerobics.
Just one little change done consistently makes the difference
