I went thru this same experience a few years ago. Sparkpeople has a sister site called Babyfit you should check out. Join a few teams on both sites and get involved in the discussions.

Hello. I just restarted my sparkpeople account. I am now going on my second weight loss journey, this time for a much different reason. I was first successful in losing over 90 pounds and kept it off for 2 years then along came blissful marriage. Horrible excuse but sounds much better than I got lazy. I managed to gain all the weight back and have had a much harder time getting the pounds off. Until now, I want to have a baby! My husband and I want a healthy pregnancy and definitely feel the extra weight could be very harmful. Is there anyone else out there going through a similar journey? If I learned anything from my first weight loss experience, support means everything. I'd love to be encouraged and motivated but other positive successful stories. Message me please. :)
