I'm trying to get back on the health and fitness wagon, 3 years ago I lost 30lbs and was so proud of myself for sticking to it and achieving my goal. After reaching that goal i decided to give myself a 1 week break, as reward for all my hard work....and never went back. I had better habits and managed to maintain my weight for a year, but over the past 2 years I've put half the weight back on. I need help with motivation, and getting that spark lit under my ass again. Any tips for how you got into a routine/ keep motivated?
