You sound just like me!! I lose my motivation so easy. *sigh*
I just joined SP and I am determined to get back to exercising and eating right!! I have about 20 lbs to lose but getting off the sofa seems to be my biggest hurdle right now.....IDK why either. As I fall asleep at night, I feel so motivated to make a change the next day, then here I lay on the sofa with my laptop only "looking" at fitness options and collecting healthy recipes. It's time to start using my collections!!!
