Yes!! Just do it!! Don't overdo--small steps!! If you have been sedentary set small goals. A short walk. Some gentle stretching. Add a little more every few days. (I'd you start with 5 mins of walking add a minute or 2 every couple days). I think it's wonderful you are ready to do this!!
