Before I joined SP, I was a member of a website that was (IMO) great for tracking strength training and creating routines. I left because - well, they went down. It's been a few years and I wonder if they're back. I have yet to find another website that was easy to use as their in generating and tracking strength training. No, not even SP is close. What I remember - the site would suggest routines, but you could easily switch out exercises (it would suggest tricep extension with a band, you could switch to triceps ext. with dumbbell). It tracked. I *thought* it was aimed at women. I thought the web address had "shape" in the name, but even using the wayback machine, I can't find what I'm looking for. I think it went down in 08? maybe 07? oh - and it tracked your calories burned from weight lifting. Rare since it's an estimated calculation.. Sound familiar to anyone?
