I know it can be overwhelming just take it one step at a time you don't have to get it all in one day

Thanks Jambabyo for welcoming me to SP. I joined to teams and I went to the group thing. I have to really learn how to get the mist out of this cause it's a lot.

Hi Joanne, and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Make a spark page, get familiar with everything and joins some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like interests/hobbies or put in the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Hi my name is Joanne. I'm new to this but am so desperately trying to get it. This seems like my way to reach my weight loss goal and I am determined to figure this out. Anybody have any tips feel free to share. I love people so whatever you can share I'd greatly appreciate it.
