Like all websites, it does take awhile to get used to. Keep exploring and feel free to ask any questions. Start by making yourself familiar with the trackers (primarily fitness and nutrition), reading articles, and visiting your class SparkTeam. It can be found until the community tab, and you will have automatically been added to a group of people who joined the same week as you. You will find a lot of answers and support there!

I'm a big believer in the Fast Break goals.
They were instrumental for me. You can do anything for a week or two, right? Be aggressive in setting them and you'll quite possibly see a difference on the scale. If not, you'll FEEL a difference in the way you are living!

There really is nothing like achieving goals. I thought when people said that it was horsestuff.

I was wrong.
They were right.
