i admire you working to a triathlon and surely you will lose a lot of weight while training? but im no expert when it comes to heavy exercise like that but there are loads of people on spark people who can help - try trainer Nicole she is a wonder woman when it comes to anything exercise

Need motivation on this. I need to lose about 20 pounds, meaning cutting back on carbs big time. At the same time, I need to maintain energy to participate in weight lifting, running, swimming, and biking. Any words of wisdom? I just turned 50 btw,
