Just know you are not alone. I'm in almost the exact same spot as you are, but you're getting more exercise! It's been one reason after another with me, starting with blisters on my feet and going to pain in my toes, knees and chest. I haven't consistently worked out since the end of October. I've managed to lose 3.3 lbs in that time through diet alone, but I'm not feeling as strong anymore. And I know from experience I can lose weight through diet alone, but I didn't keep it off. That's my motivation. I want to keep it off for good this time and I know to do that I need to workout. I hope you find your motivation soon.
