Hi Everyone! I've been dormant on spark people for a long time. I lost 43 pounds on Weight Watchers and have been maintaining my weight loss for more than a year now. However, lately I've noticed too many unhealthy choices starting to creep back into my lifestyle. I've gained 4 pounds, and although I'm still at a healthy weight, I know that if I don't get back to making a healthy lifestyle a priority now, it'll be a lot harder later.
