This is SO devastating for me to see.

Thank you! I guess I should celebrate that I have lost 50 lbs so far, I just not been able to move for the last 2 months.... I just started with SparkPeople so I'm looking forward to learn from others going through same struggles....
Welcome to SP! Just keep going! Give yourself a chance to adjust. If things still aren't moving along after a few weeks, there are so many kind people here to help you tweak your methods and lend support. Consistency is key.
Hey! Since I am no expert, and have had much success losing weight gradually using the simple basics, I can only suggest that you try posting on the Message Board for diet questions. One of the Coaches can access your Trackers and make suggestions. The ultimate formula of more calories used up than taken in does work, though it works differently for each individual. I know it sounds lame, but don't get discouraged! We all go through challenges and struggles, set-backs and periods of sheer nonsense. The real key is long-term adjustments that will last a lifetime. Most of us aren't in this to lose the most, the fastest (I sure am not). But I do understand your frustration - keep exploring what changes might break the impasse!
You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.
