Hi everyone, this is my first post on this site and am navigating my way around the whole program...a little overwhelming, but am optimistic that I can be a pro soon! Have lost and gained for quite a few years now, I'm one of those woman who lose for a special occasion only to gain it all back after the event. I think my main problem now in my mid-50's is that every year I've allowed my "accepted" weight to go up figuring "hey, why shouldn't I been a lttile heavier, I'm not 25 anymore". SO, now doing it for my health, not just for appearance and hopefully will stay motivated. I look forward to chatting with all of you both to offer and gain support!
