Welcome! SP is a great place to be. I have found so much motivation, accountability, and knowledge here. I am doing things (and sticking to them!) I never thought I would be able to. SP has "sparked" me in ways I didn't expect at all.

Join some SparkTeams, set goals (short and long term, easy and more difficult), and be active in the community! You'll be amazed at what can happen here.

Hi my name is Dawn and it was recommended by the Sparks Coach that I introduce myself. I need to lose weight. When I was with Weight Watchers I lost 60 lbs, unfortunately all but 20 came back. While at our hockey banquet my friend mentioned this website, so I thought I'd try it out. So far I like it. I sure hope it helps me to keep on track with my weight loss goals.
