Hi everybody--I broke down and bought a bunch of high fiber high protein Wonderslim stuff and they are really filling, plus I lost last week. Problem is they are EXPENSIVE and the taste could be better. So I am experimenting with making my own using TVP and assorted ingredients. They are in Sparkrecipes under Nancyslim and they usually have a makeover as I am changing them as I experiment. The wonderslim foods are designed for bariatric/weight loss, and are tasty and very high fiber, low sodium, usually microwaveable. I take my Nancyslims into the office for lunch and snacks. Feel free to try or make comments. The high protein high fiber is keeping me fuller and helping me to not cheat. 2.5 pouunds down last week. Suggestions are welcome.
