The best advice I can give is to be ready to make changes that are for life. Don't go for changes that are quick fixes that you don't plan to continue forever if they turn out to work for your health and weight loss.

Thank you so much. I have been up and down and am just sick of it! I wish I could just eat to live but I love food too much for that! I get frustrated when the scale doesn't move and I've been eating and working out. How do you get through those times?

Hello - I'm trying once again to get healthy and have has some success, but I'm stuck and need some support from others who can relate. I can't afford WW, but really need support and a push. I'm down 4 sizes, but have about 4 to go and am pretty frustrated. I'm almost the big 5-0 and need to finally get this done. Help! Any and all advice would be appreciated.
