Hi everyone! I'm Sam, 28 yo, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is my ReallyBigNumber attempt at losing weight. Actually, sometimes I feel like I live on a diet, because even when don`t stop indulging myself I feel incredibly guilty. So this time, and about time, I decided to stop using every event as an excuse to eat, to use every tool available (engaging in the community, food tracking, visual aid, you name it), and to be true to myself.
I realized that I was living like cheating on a solitaire game, and that I was the only one losing. Luckily I have a loving husband who loves me as I am, but no so luckily I have joints problems, so I really must lose some weight. So here I am, planning to lose 15 kilos for good.
If anyone would like to add me as a friend I would love to make friends here and support each other. Hope you all achieve your goals.
