well, here i go again... after hitting a low of 161 pounds, i quit exercising and started overeating. the results, i have put 14 pounds back on!!!!! I really need to make a lasting change in my life; otherwise i fear i will continue to lose AND gain the same 15 pounds over and over again. Anyway, i started exercising again. Hopefully this will be it.

I did it tonight. I didn't smoke. I did this morning some but the most is at night when I drink a few drinks. I'm so happy and feel great!

I have gone back to running. I know this will help me stop smoking. I have in the years trained for several races which I've done. I wasn't smoking at the time. I was so healthy. I can get back there again. I just need to focus on how horrible these cigarettes are and they will kill me eventually like they did my best friend. I need to focus on her and just have discipline, darn it! I went through a rough time when I got divorced in Jan. However, life is amazing now and there's no reason to smoke again. I am calling today, my day to quit!!!! Grrr!!!
