Rachel,
Hi and welcome aboard! Believe it or not, I was in the same situation? I will be turning 45 come July and it was time for me to change my lifestyle (health wise). I am happy to say, I have successfully lost 42 pounds (since Jan 23 2013). In my world, I had to buckle down and do it! So in a nutshell, I get up at 0345 and do a workout for an hour (6 X a week) and I pre-log my food so that I don't spend to much time on the computer. Anyway, if you need help/ support hit me up as a friend -- take care and God bless!

I find keeping a little notebook with me at all times and tracking as I eat is the only way for me. Otherwise, I forget to put down that bite of something that I ate. Remember: You bite it, your write it.

Hi, I'm Rachel, I did the Spark Diet about 5 years ago and it worked, unfortunately, I got super busy and started neglecting my, health, nutrition and exercise habits. I'm about to start a new phase in my life and would like to finally change my lifestyle and reach my goal weight! My problem is that I feel like I never have time to exercise ro sit down and do the food tracking, but I know, I have to find the time. Thanks :)
