Every single change you make is a step in the right direction. If we don't start to make changes they will never happen. I have to start or try all over again every day and it feels like baby steps but if that is what it takes that is how I will get there. We are worth looking and feeling better. We can do it.

Great we are trying once again. If we don't continue to try that is failure. I stopped smoking 4 or five times before I successed and that was over 25 years ago. So, I will continue to try again , again and again until I am fit. ONE DAY AT A TIME

I'm in a similar situation. Last year I went to the gym and dropped a pant size but started a job and had to quit the gym and gained the weight back on over time.
I'm determined to stay focused now on what is in front of me. I know in my head that it just takes practice and keeping a good steady pace but I often get discouraged and quit.
Maybe we can encourage each other!

One day at a time! I know just how you feel - seem as though I wear the same pair of pants over and over. My goal this time is just to do the right thing today - track - stay in nutritional guidelines, eat my fruit and veggies, drink water and exercise. If I only do one thing right today it is better than doing nothing right! And tomorrow - well - it's a clean slate - another day to try and meet my goals - just for that one day. Good Luck

Hi! I am determined this time to loose weight. I keep trying and failing (giving up). I have put in all my info for yesterday and am now on track! Need all the encouragement I can get! I hate how I look and feel - especially when I can't wear pants now that it is getting warmer out! I hate the thought of me in shorts and a bathingsuit! Did great yesterday so I plan to do good again! Wish me luck! If anyone wants to keep in touch, I would love a friend!!
