I know how you feel. I felt like that too. But think about it, you didn't gain the weight in two weeks. It took longer right? So be nice to yourself. Treat yourself like a stranger. I'm sure we give more credit to total stranger why not for yourself?
One more thing. When you do cardio at gym do you sweat? Where you can see the sweat on your T-shirt? How far does your sweat come down to? Does it pass your belly button?
Only way we can loose weight is by sweat. Plus when you sweat you'll get beautiful facial too.
