Though I'm not an expert on exercise, pain is a warning: stop!
there must be other programs that are low impact on your knees!
pilates even yoga all have a low impact exercise plan.
I've had knee surgery, at this time I say don't play with it. When you've lost more weight, the knee situation may improve!!! Mine did.

Hi, I am new here. I haven't posted before. I am starting week 2 of one of Fitness Blender's 8-week program. I am pretty out of shape and haven't worked out in a long time. I don't want to quite, but I'm wondering if I should stop and try something else. I have arthritis in my knees and water on the knee. I'm only 37 but have had that for a while. I'm finding the workouts so far hard on my knees, a lot of jumping jacks, etc. Some of the workouts are HIIT. Does this sound like a bad fit for a beginner.
I am 5'3", 160 (lost 2 pounds from week one) and really want to shed weight and tone up.
