Since I just came back today, and I am at work. Tomorrow I am off , so I plan to watch what I eat and walk. I also plan to continue here at SP, to keep motivated!

Excellent. We both started today.
I set a goal of 12 lbs.
I didn't put my ultimate goal weight.
I am trying something new......

Hello Everyone, I am here again for the second time. This time with a promise to myself that I will stay. I will find, or hope someone will find me to help each other out on this journey.
