@ ELVIRAD21: Same here.. I've not been motivated to work out for the last 6 months, and as a result have gained 6 (!) kilograms :( I even weigh more than when I last used SparkPeople.
I've stopped eating fast food, and tried to cook more healthily for the last couple of days, but the results are yet to come..

Hi!! My name is Margie and I have dropped WW to try Spark again. I have been a total slump and not losing anything. I really must lose for health reasons. I keep trying again and again but nothing. I hope that this summer I can jump start something and start to lose again.
