Hello. I've been a member since 2008...but I haven't really been on and I need the help more than ever. I had lost 15lbs but a year and a half ago things happened in my life and since then I have gained 20lbs. So I'm pretty much back where I started. Things are looking bright again for me and I want to get healthy and stay there.
